Hi, I'm Nicole.

I'm the co-owner, CFO, and COO of Swift Movement Studio in Cincinnati, Ohio. While most fractional CFOs work across a dozen different industries, I've spent the last several years building the financial systems behind a growing parkour business.

I didn't step into Swift with a finance degree focused on accounting or years of CFO experience. In fact, when I took over the finances, many of the systems we rely on today didn't exist yet. I had to learn, build, test, and improve them over time.

What started as a necessity became something I genuinely enjoy: turning messy business information into numbers that actually help owners make decisions.

Over the years, I've built forecasting models, reporting systems, profitability tracking, and financial processes that have helped us move from worrying about breaking even to making confident decisions about growth, hiring, compensation, and long-term planning.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that most gym owners don't need more reports. They need clarity. They need to know:

• Which programs are actually making money
• Whether they can afford to hire
• Why cash feels tight even when revenue is growing
• What the next six to twelve months are likely to look like

That's the type of work I love.

I've also spent most of my life playing competitive volleyball and coaching athletes. That background shaped how I approach business: focus on fundamentals, build repeatable systems, and rely on data rather than guesswork.

I'm not a parkour coach, and that's part of what makes this work valuable. My job isn't to teach movement. My job is to help parkour gym owners understand the business behind the movement so they can make better decisions, reduce financial stress, and build a gym that's sustainable for the long term. Because at the end of the day, the goal isn't prettier spreadsheets.

It's a business that supports its team, pays its owners fairly, and gives everyone more confidence about the future.
